Be respectful and relevant
Participate thoughtfully, discuss ideas rather than attacking people, and avoid harassment, hate, bullying or unwanted repeated contact. Disagree with evidence, not intimidation.
Represent yourself and your claims accurately
Do not impersonate another person or company, fabricate traction, create false verification claims or promote guaranteed returns. Separate opinions, projections and verified facts.
Respect privacy and confidentiality
Do not post another person's contact details, private messages or confidential deal-room documents without authorisation. Use the platform's controlled sharing channels for sensitive materials.
Keep the network safe
No phishing, malware, fraudulent solicitations, spam, manipulation, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass platform review and access checks.
Community messages are not a substitute for investor eligibility review, regulated fundraising requirements or approved deal documentation.
Report and resolve concerns
Use the relevant report features or the Feedback control to flag suspicious or harmful content. Reports may be reviewed, and action may depend on the nature and evidence of the issue.
Avoid posting passwords, OTPs, identity numbers or other secrets in reports.
