Private-market risk disclosures

Understand the uncertainties involved in startups and private-company investments.

This information describes the intended platform safeguards and user expectations. It does not replace final jurisdiction-specific terms, disclosures or an approved privacy policy. Any regulated transaction features remain subject to applicable eligibility, approvals and provider availability.
01

Loss of capital and illiquidity

Early-stage companies can fail, and investors may lose their entire investment. Private interests can be difficult or impossible to sell, with no reliable secondary market or exit timeline.

02

Dilution, valuation and funding

Future fundraising, option pools or conversions may reduce an investor's percentage ownership. Valuation is uncertain and a stated price or forecast is not proof of fair value or future returns.

03

Business, governance and information risks

Operating results may diverge substantially from pitches and projections. Financial records can be incomplete; key-person, technology, market, regulatory and governance risks may be material.

Verification checklists and evidence uploads do not eliminate fraud or ensure completeness. Obtain independent diligence when making a material decision.

04

Eligibility and regulatory obligations

Rules regarding private offerings, securities, investor eligibility, solicitation, tax and cross-border participation vary by jurisdiction. EeseMatch does not make an investor eligible merely by granting an account.

An introduction, listing or AI answer is not an investment recommendation, offer, solicitation or transaction approval.

05

AI outputs and decisions

EeseBot can help identify questions and research material, but it may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Consult appropriately licensed advisers before investment, legal or tax decisions.

Never treat projected returns, automated scores or illustrative benchmarks as guaranteed or independently audited figures.
