Terms of use
Understand what you can do on EeseMatch and the boundaries around private-market collaboration.
Who can use EeseMatch
EeseMatch provides startup workspaces, member profiles, research, community features and permissioned deal workflows. Access to particular features may depend on your role, location, age, identity checks and other applicable requirements.
An account or appearance in search results does not mean EeseMatch has verified a user's identity, company registration, accreditation or suitability.
Your account and responsibilities
Provide accurate account information, safeguard your login and use only information you have the right to share. You are responsible for the representations and materials you submit.
Do not impersonate others, spam members, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, scrape private records or make misleading investment claims.
Founders, investors and supporting evidence
Startup claims, financial forecasts, valuations, business plans and uploaded evidence remain the responsibility of the people providing them. A draft Passport, checklist or diligence score is not independent confirmation.
Investors must assess eligibility and risk independently. Introductions, expressed interest and preparation of draft terms are not guarantees of funding or an instruction to invest.
Private rooms and confidential information
Private documents should be shared only with authorised participants. Members who receive access must respect applicable confidentiality obligations and should not redistribute documents without permission.
Deal participation, document access and status changes may require separate approval. Do not use community posts as a shortcut around those controls.
AI-generated content
EeseBot may assist with research, drafting and analysis. AI content can contain mistakes or outdated assumptions and must be checked against reliable sources and qualified professional advice before important decisions.
EeseBot does not automatically approve transactions, verify facts or provide guaranteed outcomes.
Fees, providers and service changes
Any payable feature should identify the price and terms before you agree to payment. Product subscription fees and investment funds are distinct.
Third-party identity, registry, email, signature and payment services may be unavailable or require separate terms. Features may be limited while those connections are being configured.
Moderation and access restrictions
EeseMatch may restrict misuse and review reported content according to applicable procedures. You can submit a report using the Feedback control.
The specific enforcement, refund, dispute and governing-law clauses require formal review before a transactional launch; they are not silently implied by this overview.
